This Privacy Policy describes the policies of the ALiEnS-SOC project and the consortium partners on the collection, use and disclosure of your information that we collect when you use our website ( https://aliens-soc.eu ). (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.
This Privacy Policy sets out the obligations of the ALiEnS-SOC project (Project) and its consortium regarding protection of personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

You have the right to request access to your Personal Information, seek corrections for erroneous or inaccurate details, and request the deletion of your Personal Information. For your security, we may only implement requests related to the Personal Information associated with the specific email address used to submit the request, and we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We reserve the right to decline requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are highly impractical, or would necessitate actions not permissible under applicable laws.
